Skyways longhaul update
April 5, 2026

Dear pilots!

We are happy to announce that we have updated our Skyways longhaul schedule.

In regards to this, most important news is, that we have phased out the Boeing B777-300ER at Skyways. They have been replaced by brand new A350-1000 and some Airbus A340-600 which have been stored during the last years and which will bridge the time until all A350-1000 have been delivered to Skyways (expected for 2028). The B777-300ER will be allocated to American Sun and Arabian Sun.
You will find MSFS (2024) liveries for the inibuilds A350-1000 and Aerosoft A340-600 in our download base.

Furthermore there have also been some route changes in our Skyways longhaul schedule:

As Australian Sun is now flying direct with A350ULR from Sydney to Frankfurt (and London), the Skyways service from Frankfurt via Singapore to Sydney will now end in Singapore. The free A380 capacities have therefor been allocated to flights from Frankfurt to New York JFK and Dubai with daily A380 flights.

Skyways is now also flying to Rio de Janeiro and Tokyo Haneda with Boeing B747-8i. There has also been setup a new destination in Japan: Four times a week an Airbus A350-900 is connecting Frankfurt with Nagoya.

So have fun exploring the new Skyways longhaul schedule and flying the A350-100 and A340-600 on behalt of Skyways!
